So wormnav has been down for quite some time. It was hugely useful for getting basic info quickly with an easy to use and fairly intuitive UI. And wormhol.es has been down also, but that has an alternative that is kinda meh. I still use siggy and eveeye, but blah, wormnav was pimp sauce.
Is there an alternative (other than siggy or eveeye) or what would have to happen for wormnav to come back into use??

Yeah, but its lacking compared to wormnav (and I did mention there was an alternative to wormhol.es in the OP) |

the wording made it seem like the pasta one was meh compared to wormhol.es
Fair point; I wasnt much a fan of wormhol.es though, so both of them are meh to me  |

Yes, and its also a decent site.
It just seems like nothing does what I want it to do as well as wormnav did with full info presentation. It had info for site running, PI availability, planet types, activity (which isnt there now due to no more api), and a few more things all presented in a compact, easy to skim format with minimal clicking.
I like all the tools listed, eveeye and siggy mapping being on top, but both are lacking tidbits of info I personally want available at a glance when I pop into a new hole in the chain.
Maybe I need to learn a bit of coding so I can make my own tool  |

I mentioned eveeye in the OP, and Im familiar with it. Ive been poking around in the other features of siggy other than the mapping and it is capable of doing what I wanted from wormnav, minus the PI planet info like eveeye has.
Im just lazy though and prefer all my info for the job be in one tool. Maybe siggy has it and Im just not noticing it yet.
Thanks for the advice and other infoz though, Im glad its not just me who misses wormnav. Does anyone know what the cost of keeping it hosted was running? If the dev kept it updated (cuz Im a nub), Id consider keeping it paid up for just so it could be used |
