I haven't run lvl 4 missions in a bit in order to work on some small toons... wtf? 1500lp and 500K isk? c'mon, not worth the trouble...
My friend runs lvl 3's for 5K lp...
So what did I miss? Anyone have a link explaining this? Mission nerf?

Uhm... You got a "small" mission, perhaps? Or maybe you are in high-sec doing missions?
I do mine from 0.5 and down, netting me a nice 3k per big mission. And I don't have any of the special Connection skills to help with the LP. If I had, I would get around 5k as well...

Running them in .5 and used to get 4500lp. I'm wondering, since i just trained Military Connections if the skill is bugged 
or
an uber friend just confirmed he isn't getting the lvl 4 mission rewards he used to for the last few weeks
Why would my lvl 3's pay more?

ran missions all day and just now got an angel extra for 5491 lp 
must have caldari luck

my agent lvl4 q13 gives 5386 lp for the big missions
i mission run in low sec w/o military connections

I often times wonder what is going on with these extra Lp skills, military connections and political connections both at level 4, with negotiation at level 5. On low sec agents .1 to .4 I get around 6500 LP per mission. Trained up Financial connections skill, now my internal sec agents should give 2xlp bonus. But the result has been less than rewarding. The L3 agent at one of my locations i build my supplies at used to give me 1k-3k per mission(internal security agent) but after this second skill was trained, am lucky to get 1100 on angel extrava compared to the 3k i was getting. This so baffles me, Wondering if ccp just thought they would throw in a stacking penalty on us and not let us know. The level 4's are similiar the payout on them has dropped ALOT. Another thought is that ccp changed the sec level bonus, keeping the same isk/lp per mission for low sec and reduced it for higher sec.
They like us confused.

You dont have LP skillbooks, ure friends who get 5k lp from lvl3 agents do. I get about 8k lp or something from Angel X

Lvl 4 Q20 0.3 system 2 connections books at 4 = 10154 lp's for big missions and down to 5k for the small ones. but more than 50% of the missions I get gives the 10k. and many around 8.5k
