Really, keep up your empire mining games, it just makes my nullsec ore that much more valuable. In a perfect world, you actually kill off highsec industry, until the devs change the mechanics and you all become huge tear-fountains since your game is not valid anymore.

If you are going to throw a fight, you show up in battle ventures or something like that. Make it funny to watch. Make it obvious what you are doing. Listening to CODE try to spin not being able to field an AT team is amusing, though.

If you knew anything at all about James and his band of gregarious gankers you'd know that the gank fleets also include people that are external to the alliance. AT rules require that all team members are part of the alliance, ergo people that regularly gank with CODE, but who are not part of the alliance, are not allowed to represent them in the AT.

James 315 had long discussions with the GMs before finalising his plans to improve Highsec. He made absolutely certain that nothing of what he proposed flouted either the TOS or the EULA. His activities are still compliant with those statutes; until CCP says otherwise.

In the New Order we try to avoid this kind of name-calling. We use relatively uncontroversial terms like 'Bot-Aspirant' and 'Carebear'.

It's honestly true. I make the effort to call certain players sociopaths and on some level I very well may be one myself.

It is however illogical to use this as a means of refuting the claims of players who accuse others of being sociopaths. Consider the statement, "it takes one to know one".

Case in point: James 315 is a sociopath. There is no denying it, it's clear as day.
