AljaP Kalan aka Phoenix 777 was found dead in a river after a 9 day search for him.
He was our founder, CEO, driving force but mostly he was our friend. He layed the ground works, from whitch 2 alliances were formed. ZAF and OMG. His creation DCI was a corp that brought some of the greatest ppl in EVE together. He had a dream of creating a utopian world in EVE, sadly he never saw his dream, become a reality. We now honour his name by cariing this text through out the eve universe.

I did not know AljaP and it sounds like that was my loss. I very recently lost a close friend as well so I understand your pain and send my sincerest condolences to you and yours.
I'll drink a toast to him at my next opportunity. To friends lost who will be sorely missed.

My sincerest condolences for this tragic event.
We in Storm Guard Elite understand your pain. We lost our beloved founder and CEO, Rampage (Andrew Lance) to a drunk driver on February 3, 2005. One evening I joked with him on Teamspeak, the next evening when I logged in, I was told he was gone. We never even got to say our goodbyes.
The road still lies ahead, but it will never be the same.

He went missing, at a friends party at about 3am in the morning, when he accidentaly let a bird out of the cage, and he went to look for it. That was the last that anybody saw him alive.
He was 21 years old, and thats what hurts me the most besides the fact that he was a friend of mine.
I thank you all for your condolences in the name of DCI,SF-1,W8V,ZAF & OMG =====Only Death is Eternal===== |

Let me offer my most sincere condolences to you, his friends and family.
I understand exactly how you feel - I recently lost my best friend and partner Nog Sidewinder (Peter Howard) on April 13th this year, and not a day goes by when I don't miss him.
Again, my condolences - you are all in my thoughts.
Consider yourself done - Cortes

Phoenix 777 was a good friend of mine whom I met in my last corp, RoA. We quickly became friends and moved to Veto where I fell under a hard couple of weeks with no ships or ISK. Phoenix was there to support me by offering me his ships to PVP in and he asked for nothing in return. For that, your friendship and for being such a great guy, I salute you, AljaP Kalan.
He will be sorely missed and my condolences go out to his friends and family.
RIP my friend.

I don't think condolences are gonna cut it, but I suppose that's all we can give. Phoenix was a fantastic guy, always willing to go out of his way for a corpmate and a badass to boot.
Times like these that words tend to fail you. Adios, compadre.

This is truly tragic indeed, he was a corp member in Rage of Angels for a short while after leaving The Confederation.
Although i didn't know him very well, he came across as a good person and very able player and pvper.

Had the pleasure to fight against and with him (when he joined ROA). Great guy, was always looking for fun, strolling around looking for targets, great pilot (always on top of the boards). No doubt he was like that in RL too.
Hate to hear that news :(, he had the life ahead of him.
RIP buddy

Too many young lives going to waste lately.
I only wished that i was more active when Phoenix was with us at Rage. Everyone in the corp only has great words to say about Phoenix and that is what makes this more sad.
Bad things only happen to good people.
My condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in Peace Phoenix777

The Phoenix 777 that died was pre Confederation Navy. That was the first corp I jioned with the character I got from the Origial Phoenix 777. MY condolences to his family and friends. Sorry for the confusion. But the new owner is still alive. PS thx for all the kind words from MY old m8s and N]ew corp m8s. I work as a Smokejumper in the US in the summer time, so I am not as active in EVE around this time of year which explains all my corp M8s posting here. Once again sorry for the confusion and May the Original Phoenix 777 REST IN PEACE.
