When I want to buy something, but the price shows "None Available" in my Region, is there an easy way to find out where the closest Region is located that might have it?

Nope. You have to manually travel from region to region before you can see their markets.
This is why many people have price checking alts in important markets.

try travelling to jita - if it aint to far from you, jita is the trading central of eve, usually has about 300 people in at anyone time, and most things can be found there, however it is lag central

Or you could just ask in corp chat if anyone can see any in the region they're in.

I beleve thar are 3 sys that are hubs. jeta, oursslots (sp?) and rens. pritty much if you whant it you can find it thar. ether on the market or escrow.
