Okay - Is there a patch note or something I am missing
Before I had to take a researched BPO, copy it (usually 1500 runs, max 20 copies) which would run in a few days, then use the copies to invent a TII BPC
I'm looking at the copy function and it's telling me that for a maximum of 600 runs per copy, the same 20 copies is going to take 15 days.
So where are the new rules for invention being hidden? I can find the patch notes from (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/researching-the-future/) easy enough but there are zero apparent references to how the TII invention process has actually changed.
What am I missing here?????

you're missing the info due to fact it was never fully disclosed on a dev blog front and center on their dev blog page.
instead they decided to go tic for tac on threads.
this is only a partial patch on invention as it lines up for the invention balance pass that's coming soon.
I honestly wouldn't even bother with invention right now since they broke it in order to fix oops expand oops patch it up later.
imho. |

Don't think you need max run copies anymore. Default output will be what max run copies would give you before crius.
Of course you're still free to use decryptors to change that.
/edit Checked it again.
Quote:Successful invention always outputs a maximum-run copy as a baseline, which is then modified by decryptors; max runs have been adjusted to be 1 for T2 ships and Rigs and 10 for all other T2 products

Invention only eat 1 run out of your BPC now if i did read correctly.
So if you make 20 copie with 1000 run on them, you could basicly invent 20 000 time that specific modules before running out of bpc to invent it
I dont feel like finding the blue post about that but its out there |

Not Specifically no, but we were told that running jobs in a POS would still have NPC tax, so... technically yes? We were not given amounts though. It will take a while, but the market will adjust to the new increased costs of doing business as everyone is in the same boat. |
