It looks like a very heavily armoured ship from the video, so I'm guessing something like 5% bonus to armour resists per level (as per the Punisher, Maller, Prophecy but not yet a BS), -10% for energy turret cap usage per level, and maybe even a range bonus or perhaps tracking bonus (as it looks more like a ganking ship than a sniping one).
Tier 3 BS should have 3 bonuses in my opinion, but they'll cost a hell of a lot to buy (200mil anyone?)

with onlya -5% laser cap usage bonus though, your cap would dissapear.
That maybe the point. You can snipe very well, but you certainly won't be able to tank.

All sounds good but if the Abaddon looked like that I could do nothing with it but stair....
As far as I can see it the Amaar have 2 fleet ships but no drone or EW ship, The caldari now have thier fleet ship that they always wanted, the minie's I have no idear I always expect CCP to suprise me on that one and the Gallente need a EW boat.
Well Gallente could do with a true blaster boat or fleet ship as the Mega is kind of filling in for both and does best at neither 
Maby a Blaster EW ship? But that would truely pwn
