My Alt character is: Liquidswar and I tried to log on this morning and I got a message saying I was banned permanently for: "Character trade scam"!!!!!!
I'm not a scammer and I was a broker for that character -- the owner of the account is my CEO and he intrusted me with the responsibility of promoting it until someone was interested, then I'd have them contact him.
I got this from your website:
3. ACCOUNT TRANSFER / CHARACTER TRANSFER
(1) You may not offer to transfer characters except your own, or act as a ôbrokerö or intermediary (for compensation or otherwise) for anyone wishing to transfer or obtain characters.
I took that as permission to be a broker for my friend -- I don't know if that's badly worded, but that's how i understood it.
I need a GM to contact me ASAP, please! Contact Forsaken Saviour -- I'm online now. I submitted a petition, but I'm not getting any response!!

They ban players and not characters you know. Now they know you have other accounts

Eh... it says you're not allowed to be a broker and you're not allowed to share accounts.
However, I don't believe those are grounds for an insta-permaban. Character scamming is. So, perhaps you can get the ban "commuted" if you petition and explain the issue.

It says you may not be a broker. Not badly word IMO, I never would have conceived that anyone would have misunderstood it. On the other hand, someone has, so maybe it needs clarifying.

The highlighted sentence would require a fair bit of modificication to mean what the OP supposedly thought it meant, and still be grammatically correct.
It is not badly worded and is perfectly clear.

I rwally find it hard to see how you got that meaning out of that sentence when it clearly states you may not be a broker

dont know what they are trying to achieve...
dont listen, just ban him. problem solved
as a customer you are guilty for lying, faking logs, screenshots, fraps etc by just being a customer.

If you wish to appeal, please use the petition system and be patient while waiting for a GM to get back to you.
