The new Industry window grabs everything in your inventory regardless if it's in a cargo container.
I have hundreds of BPC's in my inv but all in cargo containers to separate them, so the interface part at the bottom is completely useless. Would be nice to have the option to filter and only show BPO's instead of BPC's, or to ignore cargo containers. |

I would simply like the window to be smaller. Maybe I'm one of the few people using a laptop but DAMN that window is huge. |

My blueprints are in Bestowers because it doesn't see them. I just hope I don't undock a BPO bestower by accident.  |

While I want to see better filtering for that screen (something closer to the way you can filter assets on the search would be good. or the filters from the UI) there is an api coming for blueprints, including me/pe levels.
A third party app/spreadsheet isn't a replacement for what I want, it's at least a mitigation. (It's not ready yet. Foxfour will get onto it after he gets back from holiday)
