Well I'm going to consider this a scam until proven other wise. After final transfer of payment, I am still waiting on my character due to the seller have "CC issues."
This saddens me as I was really looking forward to this char. I have petitioned this as such as I have had no contact from teh seller since the purcharse.
I will be back on teh market soon.

I think its the same guy who scamed me and you.
CCP hasnt responded for about 5 days now and this guy possibly is 'cleaning' all those moneys. I realy want to belive CCP will find out who he really is but... little hope left.

Thank you so much, Pirlout...I too can read a stickied post.
If you would really like to make a difference, you could perhaps inquire into the extended periods of time it takes to make contact with a complaining customer and their dissatisfaction with your product. Even if it is a generic, "We are looking into your proposed matter," it lets the customer know that you are atleast concerned about their satisfaction with your product.
After 3 years of being in the services market, one would think you would have learned this....

Still waiting for an answer to my petition so I'm still broke without a character. Has anyone experienced any movement on the part of CCP as it pertains to petitions such as this one?

looks like there is a lot of scams on minni chars these days. I was scamed on a trade with my alt last week. when i my char back from ccp i noticed he had used my char to sell a minni char for 3 or 3.5bill

I remember reading somewhere (dunno where) that you can petetion this under exploit, which is apprently fast tracked.

That is exactly what I was told by the GM today when I got my ISK back. Hopefully I won't need that knowledge for further use.
