I will be completely honest with you and tell you that I bought this char roughly 3 weeks ago. It seems im not having much luck in the "second char" business as now I have to sell this one due to real life situations getting in the way of me devoting time to him.
I will tell you all I can about this char but will of course answer any questions you have.
He is able to fly both Caldari and Amarr HACS which I have tried to specialise him in missiles for the Cerberus. As it stands he has fairly good missile skills aimed at the Caldari HAC. He can use tech II heavy missiles and tech II heavy launchers.
He owns an unfitted Cerberus and an unfitted Caracel. I would of got round to fitting them but like I say, real life reared its ugly head.
He has a full set of +3 implants and is located in 0.5 space but can use a level 4 agent in the next door system which is a 0.3.
The title says he has 12mil SP's but in fact he has 11.8mil sp's at the moment but by the end of the auction he will definitely have 12mil.
He has a good amount of skills (111 in all) just that some are not trained to a very high level.
His security status is +5.0 and to my knowledge has no enemies.

Highest bid is 1.6bil isk but I have had 2 ingame offers, one for 2.2bil and one for 2.5bil which are under consideration at the moment

Unfortunately not but I would say he is less than 2 weeks training from them, electronics upgrades is 8 days for him and then covert ops level 1, he would then be able to fly a buzzard.

Daily bump, skill points total is now confirmed over 12 million with warhead upgrades level 4 now in training.
