Originally by: Ching Ling Question as topic. I generally quite like the French-flavoured naming of Gallente things.
As this sys is in Gallente State, the names of the sys are all linked to French ; Duripant, Rancer, Miroitem, Orvolle, Renyn, Luminaire, etc.. None French speakers got difficulties to pronouce those names because them are French.
Oursoulaert in French : our (like armour) sou la ert or our sou lert.
Hmmm...

In French, a final "t" in spelling is normally silent. So a French pronunciation would be something like oor-soo-lair, with the accent on the final syllable.

Edited by: Victor Valka on 10/07/2006 09:51:10 Simple - "Our-su" or simply "Ours" (as in "Oursu is Ours).
No need to complicate things.

My French pronunciation isn't so good, but i'm going to wager "Aww-soo-LEH" or more technically ['OR.sy."lER]
