I was fighting a guy and he vanishises and reappers in same possition...DURING a combat...seems if you relog on a second eve client WHILE you are still logged in client #1 you disappear and reappear in system and do not show as logging off in a buddies list...should not happen that way in combat...has anyone else seen this exploit/bug?

You better do a quick Bugreport and delete your post talking about a possible exploit quickly.
If you feel like it you could do an exploit petition too.

Several mmorpgs are plagued with this behaviour and has been for years without any way to stop it.

Imagine this when the cluster crashes and everybody tries to get back on.
