i dont have thos skill... i did get it off one of thos recon ships when i popped it so unless it was going by their skills it is as i remember but i will post a screen when i get home.

i would advise you to contact a dev/gm because this should not happen

Sceenshot on thoose would be nice, since i have never_ heard
of Sansha Warp Scrambers being +2 @ 20k range.

Why would he want to do that? If it is a bug, and he does have a 20km/2pt TS Scram. Why would you report it? That's like saying... "Hey!!! I logged off with 1,000,000 ISK. I logged on this morning found 30,000,000,000 ISK in my wallet... Please take this 30 billion ISK back from me."

maybe because of the reason that if you dont report a bug and (ab)use the bug
it is seen as an exploit.. and we all know exploits are not good for your account status..

You are quite right its a 10Km 2 strength so i will start the action here at 50 mill..
