You could've set up shop a year ago, as long as you're down with the CVA and the NRDS policy you can do what you want in the area. If TEST installed some renters (with Mittani's permission ofc) and then went home, CVA would boot them out and it'll be back to business as usual. OR, if Mittens decides that they want to try and freeport that place like Delve, then it would be worse for your situation because Goons or TEST can't project that kind of power so far from home (why do you think they needed PL to back them up lol?) and xdeath would never tolerate it anyway even though they are bros with Mittani. And essentially, no one cares about 9-UY anyway, so in a week or two it'll be back to CVA control, who will hand it back over to Chribba. With TEST looking like rtards, Mittani looking like an emo e-dictator, Montolio looking like the puppet he is and the only real winners are PL and CVA who get some instant pew pew.
