So I moved myself from Jita to Rens...traded all my stuff to my 2nd account hauler, they hauled it all to rens, I followed in a pod. Get down there, both characters nice and safely docked up. Open a trade window, put all the ships in trade window, click accept. Nothing happens. Click a couple more times and pow both clients drop and restart. Seems my net connection went down for a couple minutes. Log back in and the ships are nowhere to be found. POOF. Gone. ALL. MY. FITTED. SHIPS.
OK, your client sucks and when items are in a trade window and a disconnect occurs, they DISAPPEAR. Not how I would do things. Not good programming IMO. Whatever, open a petition right? And somehow remember what ships I had, how they were fitted, etc.
No answer to my petition yet. Actually *having* spaceships in a spaceship-flying-about game is kind of important; without any ships there's not much of a game here. I'd buy new ones but I'm worried that if I do your "support" (if you can call them that) will just try and give me isk for the ships I lost.
I don't want isk. I don't want to have to buy and refit all my ships again. I just want them in my hanger, as they should have been, before your crap client deleted them.
Some attention to my petition would be nice.
And for those asking "umadbro"...matter of fact I am, and you would be too. Next time it could be your cherished _______ ship that you worked forever to get that disappears for no good reason due to sloppy programming. |

When a trade session is interrupted and items are lost they will be returned to the owner during the following downtime. As downtime has passed you should now have your items returned to you. If you do not then naturally we will investigate further. GM Arcade | Customer Support

Maybe you should program your client to do the logical thing and drop the ships back to the originating hanger in the event of a disconnect.
Either way, I like how you manage to condescend and make it sound like I should have known better. What a stupid noob eh? Thanks for putting me in my place. |

Pardon me, have you see--ah, on second thought, I don't want my stick back, you can keep it.....
:Edited to add: Well, do you have your items back or not? |
