Personal Officer Sykosys log - 20060703 Location - Nakah Station - Thukker mix
Sykosys was in council session with Mah and Eddie going over several key documents and projects with the completion of the UNITY outpost complete, and needed a breather. He got up and decided to take a stroll through the docking bay and look on his scythe which would always for some reason or another calm him down
"Hey Syk", came a call from down the hall. "Hey Kade whatÆs up" "Syk you've got to see this"
We began to make our way down the corridor into the hanger. Sykosys walked in and was astonished. Over 1 thousand freed slaves were on the hanger bay floor getting attended to by Ushra Khan members. They were running around feeding and getting clothes to the ex-slaves.
A smile found its way to Sykosys's lips.
"Well done kade," and he slapped his arm on his back. "No not just me, all of Ushra khan has been helping on these recent convoy raids. Slave trading activity has definitely increased as you said."
The smile on Sykosys lips faded fast and he began to shake his head.
"So many to be freed. But we will not stop. We cannot stop. Take this group and move them to Pator as soon as you can. See to it personally." Sykosys ordered.
"Yes sir," a quick salute and Kade disappeared through the crowd.
So many to be freed just echoed in his mind. As he turned to go back to his office a loud clang drew his attention, walking closer he noticed work crews moving industriously around a Stabber class Cruiser that had obviously been in heavy fighting.
As he drew closer he greeted the warrior overseeing repairs.
"Hey, Kazan whatÆs happened here?"
The warrior pointed at the deep black burn scar on the Stabbers hull. "I was engaging an Amarr Navy patrol, I kept them tied up while Kade rescued those enslaved on the convoy but I underestimated them this time, my ship is being repaired and upgraded with new EM armor plating to compensate for there new weapons."
"Excellent work. Continue your work good soldier and report to me tomorrow, I am anxious to read the full briefing."
"Yes Sir," a nod and Kazan was gone in an instant.
Sykosys walked back to his office a concerned look on his face.
"I thought you just needed a breather Syk," Eddie said with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
"Phase 1 is complete Sykosys. You know the work that lies ahead of us." Mah replied almost mimicking Sykosys' thoughts.
"So many to be freed, but freed they will be." He replied
All 3 nodded approval in unison.

no minmatar slaves were killed in the liberation. We scanned the convoys and all slaves found on scan survived.
I could ask you the same question however you never have freed slaves, only kill them.

is Ushra'khan making its own kingdom?
that is kinda neat, except you are attacking the wrong people. It is the Republic that has ruined Minmatar as a people. It needs changed or killed.
Will you be taking over the planets too?

we apply more democracy within the "unity" than you would expect. certainly we have no king, princes or any other signs of a monarchy.

We will only take over unpopulated planets in that system (most of them are - as a matter of fact) and start to terraform.
The long term plan is to grow lifestock and different sort of grain in order to meet the increasing demand.
once we can afford to install planetary defenses, we may even allow settlers to lay foot there.
but we dont think that far yet.
the main goal is to put and end to slavery, and move our assets closer to the frontline.

I recommend you turn these slaves over to the SPCS so they can be reparated to their rightful owners. You steal the slaves only hope of salvation and instead lead him to the lie of "freedom".
You are an enemy of your own race.

I recommend you keep to your own business heretic... The words that drip from those plague infested lips tend to dribble on matters you have no control or say on. If you wish for them to be turned over then do it yourself... Otherwise keep your thoughts and empty threats to yourself. Unless you wish for me to assassinate you like your ex-emperor?
Mortal we are and everyone can shed blood. One more word out of you heretic, and I'll show the galaxy what Amarrian heretic looks like from the inside.

Like tribal leaders?
It seems you are copying this Gallente democracy thing. You terrorists getting funds from the federation now?
I guess that's a good thing for the freed slaves you leave without home or work: to keep from starvation at least some of them can find jobs in the Gallente **** (uh... "entertainment") industry. ---

Such hatred...
Is it any wonder that we feel that the Minmatar need to be controlled?
Even if it weren't a commandment from God to do so, we'd have to enslave them just for our own safety!

It doesn't even matter what your point is Rod Blake. Why do you continue to not obey the commands you were given? I don't know why such weak people must feel the need to speak like you can do something. Unless you can, stop speaking. I don't know how much more clear I can be on this. If you need me to send over a amarrian translator that can physicaly spell it out for you in front of the station you hug, I will.

Agreed Rodj I find this Minmatar amusing. He reminds me of a vile disgusting Minmatar I once rescued from Rens. This creature was filth and lice infested, living in its own waste, eating scraps and suffering the trauma of vitoc withdrawl. He clearly was enjoying his "freedom".
After his rescue, which resulted in the wounding of three of my own men by the way, this pitiful creature was taken to Port Enlightenment. There he was placed in the solitary confinment chamber for a month and daily washed down with delousing chemicals. He was dreadfully violent and had to be restrained in four point restraints while our doctors worked on him.
Still he was given daily scripture lessons via remote speaker, allowed religious visitors for confession and given food and vitoc to satisfy his cravings.
At the end of four weeks this pitiful creature finally knelt down and confessed all his sins. Seeing him bow before God and pray for forgiveness was a sight I'll never forget. He cried openly about his wasted life and begged to serve the Empire. Indeed his path toward enlightenment had begun.
I haven't seen this slave in a few months but I do keep track of him. Recent reports indicate he'd been placed with a wealthy artisan on Kehour and served as a personal assistant. Sadly I heard he passed away recently. His master was trapped in a fire at his studio but this brave slave rescued him but succumbed to smoke inhalation and died. Yet he died a servant of God and the Empire and his soul was saved. I am certain of it.
Someone like this vile Minmatar here could learn a thing or two from that example. Learn that there is a place for all the heathens of Matar. Learn true discipline and the truth salvation offers. Only a coward would refuse such a wonderful gift. Afraid of facing his own demons.

During my readings in the Great Gallentean Library I have came across an old digital copy of a long lost book about Earth, there an ancient philosopher from immemmorable times stated:"What you do not want others to do to you, do not do to others"
Slavery shall end in Amarr for you, Amarrian zealots, are feeding your own blackhole.

did you now? Well I imagine that the Librarians were shocked to discover text from the supposedly mythical planet.
That the Great Gallente Library could so easily miss such a monumental and ground breaking manuscript suggests that it isn't so "great" after all.
I suggest this book (after it is at least somewhat authenticated) be forwarded to the Theology Council that they may discern its impact on the universe.

Anyway, the book I came across it is not a manuscript and it is not from Earth, but rather it talks about Earth as one may talk about other myths.
I do not recognize any religious entity as competent to determine the authenticity of any possible scientific evidence worth investigating.
Did you want me to give the name of such book so that those religious zealot scourge could once more hold the truth from the people and use it to increase their own power and vanity?
Is you allegiance with the retrograde Amarrian empire?

Although the book is obviously one of fairytales the words are wise. Even works of fiction can inspire men and women to do great things. Of course the opposite is also true. Some works of fiction inspire some of the vilest acts the cluster has ever seen, like the Amarr Scriptures for instance.
If you want to help the cause of freedom have a look at The Liberty Network. Everyone can help out, not just combat pilots. Those that work for agents of the Federation or Republic as well as those skilled in slipping across borders have a role in the underground.
You obviously do not fear retaliation from the slavers which is good. It is said that creatures of darkness feed on fear. Of course if there is anyone reading this who wants to help bring an end to slavery but is afraid of becoming a target of war they should feel free to join the mailing list and contact people directly if you are able to help.
Death to slavery.

Bit of a delayed reaction there, perhaps sitting outside stations waiting for our hauler pilots to show up has dulled your senses. Sounds like your men are not reporting their encounters, tsk tsk.
If you are having trouble finding us I would suggest trying the map. It works for everyone else.

Being greeted by 3:1 odds plus fighters in Providence is not viable for us - and if you don't want to loose haulers: protect them. If you insist on going to Rens lemming style one by one and unprotected that is totally your choice.

Oh so not just the Empire now. Everywhere outside of Providence. Our logs tell a different story but since you only engage unarmed ships you wouldn't know.
Yes we fight a lot of pirates. Pirates that run amok in the Empire and Mandate facing no resistance until they hit Providence. Why is that Tharrn? protecting the Empire beneath you now is it? While you are busy camping trade routes looking for cheap kills the pirates are all over your decaying Empire. You have become no more than a pirate yourself.
