Before that i dont think any (weapon upgrade) module needs it at all, its simply for the very very nice bonus to the fitting requirements on guns. doh, I broke my edited sig :/ cries this signature was lacking pink, I'll provide it for you. Novamute	Posted - 2006.07.05 20:25:00 - [7] You need this skill for the simple fact that having it trained up reduces the ammount of powergrid that you need to fit turrets. This gives you more options when outfitting your ship.
