I've got a mobile lab that I can't unanchor.
The lab is currently anchored, yet when try to unanchor it it says its already currently being unanchored  and has done for the last couple of days now 
I have have no trouble anchoring or unanchoring other mods at the same POS, yet this particular lab just doesn't want to budge. It has nothing inside it so I know that can't be the problem.
Any ideas how I can get this little bugger to unanchor?

make sure that everything is delivered! what was in the lab
and that the divions in lab are all empty

Sometimes its quicker to ask on the forums as usually someone knows a quick and easy fix for stuff like this.
But I'll petition it now.

The lab was never used so has nothing pending and nothing inside its divisions.
Incidently, the way this bug occured was as follows...
I began unanchoring the lab which should have taken 10 minutes to complete, but at around 8 minutes my POS ran out of fuel (bad luck or what!) and everything went off-line. I then added a days worth of fuel so I had plenty of time to unanchor everything (as you can't unanchor stuff if the tower is offline). I succussfully unanchored everything except that lab.
Now of course my tower is stuck along side the bugged lab because you can't unanchor a tower while another module is nearby. Why the devs thought up such a frustrating and pointless rule as that I'll never know

write petition.
we have some problem for one year. only GM can put you pos und lab online.
you must refuel you POS again to get it online, for put offline and unanchor lab.
GM don't unanchor lab, the can only change status to anchor.
