This is a SCAM !!! I just bought this char and it has 4.5mill SP instead of the 9.2mill as stated, and the picture with the skills is also a scam picture

that is why we have the petition system 
Just smile and wave to the scammer as you are protected by CCP from such acts. May be tedious to wait for a day or two but you will get your isk back faster than you can say YOU GOT BANNED YOU SCAMMING *****

I know, i petitioned already, last time it took CCP 2 weeks to return my money, i hope it will be faster this time.
Cant belive ppl still try to scam others, makes me really really sad :(

I trust the seller and transfered the ISK to the character that the seller indicated.
If it is a scam we will have a double ban.
