That all depends on how Xeno intended those radiators to be deployed. I mean, those things are fairly large, and all those corners and rough bits could really hurt if the radiators were 'installed' incorrectly (or correctly, depending on your point of view).

I'd say I feel bad about all this, but I'd be lying. The synchronicity of events has had me chortling evilly at random times throughout the night ever since I nearly choked to death on my steamed dumplings. OP's first death could have been avoided, but the Orca kill was too right to be wrong... as it required the victim to become a willing accomplice in their own death by meta.
Hopefully OP either finds a game that suits them better, or learns to laugh a bit at the bad things that can happen in New Eden. |

Few things i would love to say in regards to this post
1. Welcome to eve, High sec is not 100% safe and never will be it falls to YOU the layer to protect yourself and your assets from people who are operating well within the bounds of accepted game mechanics not CCP. They wont remove them, they wont make harsher penalties as there are already more than a few in place
2. Buy a Mining Permit, a mere 10m ISK can protect you for 365 days if your not breaking the New Halamia Code of Conduct, breaking our Code will cause your permit to be revoked
If people actually did something productive about ganking, which makes it more fun for all of us, rather than crying on the forums highsec would be a different place.

Yes, permit tank = best tank, that is beyond question. But only IF you actually intend to stop doing things that flagrantly violate the CODE.

I was unaware of the breaches at the time of the posting, you are indeed correct and i would have followed suit on the same decision.

also, I'm fairly sure the initiators that caused this mirthnaught to come into being had little to nothing to do with CODE. As such a permit would have done nothing, adhering to the principles behind said permit might have saved OP's snackinaw tho. |

At what point did putting a plex in an orca seem like a good idea? Like of all ships an Orca would have been better off in a blockade runner, cloaked warp and you dont align with the same speed as a bathtub fills.

He had a DCU, so it was tanked, just very badly tanked at that and apparently the thought of using all the slots was not present

After weighing all the facts and hearing testimony from all parties, I herefore declare this as a righteous kill, sanctioned by a properly formatted Kill-It-Forward notificaiton, and herefore absolve Faylee Freir of all sins in this matter.
