There is/was/are website(s) that have neat little EVE Character Generator things where you can play with your stats, schools, skills, etc. I knew of a REALLY good one a while ago, but can't remember it.
I need to come up with a good Trade alt and I would like to use that site while I'm at work with no EVE access. Can anyone recommend a good one and post the links here? Thank you!!

yeah, eve-offline had a pretty slick char tool site that looked like the ingame version but w/o bloodlines. A shame it's not there anymore.

Which was a major pain in the rear to create  It _might_ return if we are lucky...

Is there a program to which I can input a list of skills desired, and which can in turn tell me the starting stat combination that would achive that set of skills in the shortest possible time?
I estimated it out longhand to see what bloodline/backround would be best to a future hulk piolt with t2 mining crystals, but I know I'm off a bit since I missed where certain skill groups switch primary/secondary around, so my values weren't weighted right.

yeah there was a really nice one that you could select a destination path and it would tell you the combinations to get there ( if available ) BUT, that was Eve-Offline Character tool that did that, but chribba hasn't gotten back to work yet...
