Ok how longs this going to last, all im starting to see now is high sec players camping gates that used to be camped by pirates. why is this a problem you ask? well its because us neg sec guys cant to a dammaed thing about it, at least when WE camped gates YOU COULD FIGHT BACK but now all these carebare high sec guys looking to catch a neg sec guy and then as soon as he shoots back gets poped by the *** sentry guns!
as far as im concerned if the sentry guns still have troubles recognising players and who attacked who first, THEY SHOULDNT BE AT HE FRIKKIN GATES!
im sick and tired or the fukin senty guns they are over the fukin top, we cant travel through empire space coz the fuking NPC police is totally *** ans spawns like 20k from your ship (ohh right in warp scramble range) so you dont have much time to get away, and then the sentry guns shoot at you also.
i know CCP dosent want pirate player killers in empire space, but why not just have the gate guns give you a fukin chance to pass through the gate before the blow you away, and same as the NPC police, make it slightly fuking realistic and have them warp in 40k away from you.
basicly ATM all the neg sec guys are generally unhappy with the way the game has progressed since day one.
not alot we can do now, and were starting to get very bored, while all the noobies get the implants and we cant do squat.
Cant do agent missons, as most of the agents are in empire space, and the agent that aint in empre are extremely difficult to get (guristas ect)
cant camp gate (but its ok for the high sec gys to do it)
cant travel through empire to buy stuff or get agents or just get somewhere generally quicker than 70 jumps
and now everyone is says we cant camp drop in points, whats next, were not allowed to leave the station or put guns on our ships!
as far as im concerned CCP dosnt think about what its doing THEY **** OVER PIRATES EVERY CHANCE YET IT WAS THEM WHO ADVERTISED THE FACT WE COULD BE A NAFARIOUS PIRATE! CCP YOUR REALLY BEGINNING TO P!SS ME OFF!
if id known all this Bullsh!t would have been put into place i would never have become a pirate, or bought the game!
bu5t now every patch i pray they do somthing to put it back to how it was, but every patch just seems to be another way to **** over the neg sec guys!

You can still camp gates outside empire space. You can get implants if you BUY them. You could think before you shoot so you wouldn't have such a lousy rating. You can do things to improve your rating. ... You can whine about it.

I thought he said he was gonna quit because he had a really bad negative security rating and nobody would give him a second chance. and GM's wouldn't make it instant positive rating. and he could no longer enter empire space. is this not the same Hanns who made that statement then told everybody off who posted to his thread saying waaa waaa My alt hates me, I don't know why. he won't even talk to me anymore |

Er...no, you really can't improve your security rating.
Agents are extremely scarce outside empire space (duh, not a lot of stations there).
Most will not accept you at dock because they're mostly npc pirate aligned and who has a positive sec rating with the Angels or Serpentis?
If you wait for your sec rating to clear up over time, you might as well start a new character. It'll be faster.
If you wait for your sec rating to clear up through pirate kills, you might as well start a new character. It'll be faster.
If you actually managed to somehow secure a lvl 3 agent with sec rating services prior to going pirate, you can attempt a pod trip to go see him. Nobody will notice a person with <=-5.0 sec rating floating by in a pod?
As for the rest of your post, read Hanns' post again.
And you could think before you went somewhere he could shoot you too, you know.

It tells you that the thread starter watched Pulp Fiction and thought being a criminal is an easy life. Surprise surprise it's not in real life and it's not in EVE either. You definitely shouldn't be able to run around in full view of the law (Empire space, say) and perform criminal activities with no possible repercussions to your character. He'll either grasp this concept or quit the game to concentrate on his grade 8 math homework some more.

Well...if it's supposed to be so difficult, shouldn't it also be more profitable?
According to people like you, they should also be the lowest profit earning individuals in Eve. Attacking mining groups in 0.0 space to nab cargo they can't haul.
Based on the difficulty of being a pirate, the rewards aren't justified. I listen and watch you morons all the time forcing even those like Space Invaders, who go through a lot more than others to hijack people, to settle for nothing. Because you self-destruct. Or you log out and force them to blow you apart rather than get away clean.
And yes, Stavros was extremely rich. Most of his isk came from his 'sideline' activities, such as ship manufacturing, trade and blueprint copy sales.

For Stavros to make money with those three trades, he would have had to have had money to start with.
Considering M0o's relatively low member size, he must've had income from another source.

Riiiight, so after you murder and steal it should be easy to reform. How about NO!
Sure love that 2 day community service plan your looking for there.
Your lucky Concord only blows up your ship. They should go ahead and kill you too.
Your a criminal! Accept it. Its the role you chose. You state that its the others guys fault you killed him just because he was there.
Thats funny. If that were true he would have his rating lowered instead of you if it were really his fault.

Heh Anyone who went through Mara/Passari could see which corps (and yes there were a few) were happily mining away beyond the blockades. Doesn't take too much of a stretch of the imagination to work out how much "seed" money m0o made
I know you know this Josh, but I suspect there's rather a lot of people who don't....

Where's Frans? Geez, enough profanity there ya think?
The way I look at it is if you have a negative sec rating and you are in empire space...your fair game to getting your butt kicked. That's the compromize. High sec guys can't get out to zero space now without an imperial Navy backing them up. It's like your a wanted criminal getting shot at by someone who recognizes you as that, and when you shoot back the cops get involved. They have a right to shoot you! Can't have it both ways I'm afraid.

You blockaded gates to keep unwanted people from gettin into an area, you used cheap exploits, took advantage of hardware limitations, and preyed on the weak. Now you want it to be fair for you? That doesnt add up. You committed the crimes, you cause players grief, now take what is comin to you. Karma's a ***** aint it? "I'm comin' for ya, and Hell's comin' with me!" |

Actually I just didn't see the point in bothering to discuss anything else you had said at that point. Whether I should refute anything or not is a moot point when you can't discuss anything in a mature manner. Moving on.
