X13 has declared War on Sparta Alliance.
Having friends on both sides of this bitter conflict Sparta has maintained a neutral stance. Both FLA and NFC have respected this stance, and for that they have our thanks. Now Sparta has been Wardec'd by this squad of empire gankers. This is unacceptable.
X13 has in the past acted as a proxy for other parties involved in this conflict. x13 has declared war on both Sparta and NFC. This is a poorly thought out attempt to fight through proxies and it will not stand.
Sparta's neutrality is predicated on us having friends on both sides of this conflict. If one of the sides of this conflict either directly or through proxies decides to bring harm to Sparta members that neutrality will end.
To whomever hired this band of mercenary killers - call off your war against Sparta now, before we bring the fight to you

Well my friend its seems that you have well...have not made a good choice by posting this kind of answer to whom ever the "client" may be...i think its time you grab your guns.. cuase to be honest I would'nt be in shock if x13 does'nt drop this war because you asked them or thier client to...GL and HF... may the games be joyful

As a representitive of FLA I would like to say that we do not support X13 being hired against Sparta. FLA was not involved in this. We respect and thank you for your nutrality. Ofcourse we also would like to tell X13 to enjoy the shooting of NFC pilots. At the same time, we would prefer that whoever is behind the dec please not get involved.
We will be taking this to council to recipricate this dec due to our distate for this unwanted involvemnt, with sparta support ofcourse.

I was about to say "good luck x13" but i think that "have fun x13 " as that is probably more appropriate.
I'll reserve my good luck wishes for NFC and Sparta - you'll need it.

More targets aint so bad :)
Should war dec IRON too though as their freighters that are always moving fron Nonni area to Torr are such a tempting target, shame they dont go to out of empire 
Anyway, now were all at war with X13, lets just have fun, or avoid empire completly if not

Maybe atm im involved in the war in 0.0 in the region where the conflict is happening.
Maybe my empire alt hasnt seen them leave Torr before and you got lucky?

on the subject however off topic of NFC station hugging, even though they've been crushed at almost every fleet engagement, their fleet commanders do actually get them to engage the enemy....
Its the minority that seems to hug the stations and safespots, refusing to come out and fight for the space they call home.
