If you've posted pictures of yourself on the internet in the past for whatever reason they are now considered to be in the "public domain" (unless copyrighted) and as such can be reused or re-posted by anyone who comes along without fear of reprisal, so to say that he would be breaking any laws of any country is false. Nice try though.
