OK Heres the story.
I did all my mission with my first agaent (the tutorial one) excpet the pirate one.
(where you are suppsoed to go and kill this on little droid pirate and then come back.)
The Thing is when i went out to kill it i forgot to put on my sheild booster.
So i almost died and fled.
When i then wanted to go and get revenage i lost the warp point to the pirate.
And now i cant finish the mission
Is there some how i can find this warp point again?? or a way to skip the missions??

If you look in your bookmarks, in People and Places, is the bookmark still there?
Check the mission in your journal - does it have a timelimit? If so, it will eventually expire, and you'll lose a bit of standing with your agent, but you can carry on doing missions.

I'd have to say file a petition if you are stuck and can't complete a mission. They will probably just fail it for you since there is no time limit. Can't say i've even seen a mission w/o a time limit

dont petiton thats stupid. and they will only tell you to let it expire and move on.
failing an agent mission is NOTHING. NOT a big deal. I failed 8 and still got my level two agent on mission successful 37.
some people have been waiting days to get support help and are totaly fubard. you do them a dis-service if you petition piddly crap like that.

There is a reason why they put a new section in the petition windows for Agent Missions and it wasn't just to make it look nice.
If what has happened is the same as one of my old Agents then he wont get anymore missions until this is sorted.
I still have the mission logged as "active" but the bookmark has long disappeared, the agent just keeps telling me to complete the mission which has an expiry time of 6 hours...........that was a month ago
If you cant complete the mission and you need this Agent then put in a petition

oh... sorry did not know about that mischief. the one time i "deleted the bookmark" for sasha servant the mission simply expired for me. i thought a petiton was recommended because you failed a mission.
