Am I the only Minmatar to be pleased by the recent stirrings within the Republican Parliament? Recently, I have witnessed a rise in Amarrian extremism since the death of Heideran VII. The House of Sarum rises in popularity among those Amarrians who would seek to bring a new era of Amarrian expansion to the world of Eve. In past posts, I have often stated my support for the Kor-Azor Heir as I have always thought that a peaceful dialogue between our nations would be preferable to war.
As the future hangs in the balance, I am pleased by the actions of the Krusual Tribe in their attempts to bring a more hardline stance to the Minmatar Republic. Should Sarum take the throne (and I think there is a strong possibility that she could, after all, I have seen many experienced amarrian fighters proclaim their support for her in these hallowed forums) then I feel that there will be no place for a pacifistic and accomodating government on Matar.
Strength must be met with strength, this is the way of things. For too long has our governent acquiesed while our fellow minmatar languish in the bondage of slavery. I call upon the Vherokior Tribe and my brothers and sisters in the Brutor Tribe to support these latest moves by the Krusual Tribe that will usher in a new voice for those who wish to oppose any attempt by Amarr to impose their will upon us. ----------------------------------------------- Fortune favours the bold - unfortunately Im a coward. |

Well said Shadow.. I for one completely agree with you, and will put myself steadfastly behind the Krusual tribe Elders, and any tribe which supports a hardline stance.
As some already know, we the PFM, have been active against militant Amarrian corps, and we don't expect this to change. We shall fight to our last breath until slavery is abolished, and welcome any movement towards destroying those who make their living from the bondage and death of our brothers and sisters.

Not at all. Though my concerns are perhaps a bit different from yours.
I fear my tribes leaders within the parliament have been far to feeble handed in their dealings with pirates and terrorists residing within Mimatar borders. How can we hope for peace and understanding from the Amarr people if we let fanatic terrorists roam free in Minmatar space while they harass innocent Amarrians that has done nothing to our people? Not all Amarrians condone slavery after all. How can we hope to gain the support from the other states if we let pirates use Minmatar space as a safe haven?
Things indeed need to change. It saddens me greatly to see that my leaders aren't willing to impose these changes. As long as Sebiestor leaders in the parliament don't take their responsibility I have no choice but to support my brothers and sisters in the Krusual and Brutor tribes.

Annoing, I think I have worked out why you wear that hood.
Is it because without it, CONCORD would arrest you for indecent exposure?

Gosh !
All these minmatarri trying to have a sense of humour
As for being 'owned'.... shame your incredibly small intellect, miniscule in fact, should think that one comment equals 'owned'. 'Owned' is Oracle running away to Curse. 'Owned' is Macumba having a childish fit due to the power of Amarr Tachyon beams ripping apart his ship from 60+km. 'Owned' is watching Oracle having their arses kicked by fewer ships and then crying foul. 'Owned' is watching Minmatarri crying over the incursions by Amarrians into their home space and watching them run and hide in their stations. 'Owned' is me turning up to battle in my Armageddon with 3 guns, no sheild hardeners and watching 3 Oracle ships take 4 minutes to destroy me while I laughed all the way to the bank with my insurence payout. 'Owned' is me buying an Apocolyse BS to replace said Armageddon and still having 16mill in loose change from the deal. Thats 'owned' - just as I 'own' your ugly race as slaves in my plantations. Again - THATS 'OWNED'! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The Inquisition Long live the Inquisition Long live the Emperor Long live Amarr!

Edited by: Dirus on 03/10/2003 02:12:48 You Minmatar are right to worry, for if the House of Sarum take throne, there will be no avoiding the slavery of the Minmatar people.
I personnally will do my part, as a faithful Amarrian, to see to it that House of Sarum take throne, and follow thru with these plans.

I can't wait to see all you Minmatar in chains where you belong. Hopefully our new leader will see to it that we get our servants and slaves back, as thats all you're good for. ------------------------------------------------

Well, I don't know how what started out as a possibly very interestind debate has sweyed to some ammarians rather ill fitting headdress, but it is a perfect metaphor for the current inability of our political system.
For the possibly hard times ahead we need hard politicians as well. Someone who is not afraid to stand up for our peoples rights. It is yet uncertain who will gain the amarrian throne, but in my opinion it is looking bad for any pro Minmatar policy. I do not believe the throne will fall to anyone willing to aid the minmatar course. And even the last emperror was afraid to atack the topic. It is not as if he had actively worked to free the remaining third of our people. And noone who would come to power will either. Some may be not as bad as others but they will all be amarr! Whoever gets the throne, we will need a strong politician to counter the new emperror. I for one support the Krusual claims.
