So, I got this marvellous business idea. Let's rent space off goons and then rent it forwards to indy corps who need it for their rich-ass haulers with their melted nanoribbons and stuffs! The goons will honour the deal, a recruiter of theirs promised! The project will be financed with YOUR money, and so you will get 99% of the profits. And there will be no risk of scamming, because the shares will be hold by five trustees who will ensure that the totally unrelevant Antimatter Charge S ORIGINAL(1111!!!) blueprints won't run off. So, let your ISK pour in! Send the ISK to me (Accepting increments of 0.10 ISK and up).

What a wonderful idea, infact, if you send me the isk corresponding to what the rent should be, then I will send twice as much back as rent each term. So if you want the rent to be 20bn a month, just send me 10bn and I'll pay double rent! It's a win-win since we keep so much of the profit!
