First off, this is the second time that I've done this lottery this year. The last time, a few posters had comments about the high ticket price to enter, but those that participated really liked it. If you have less than 100m in the bank, I suggest you don't play because perhaps you can't afford to lose. Remember, no one is forcing you to enter.
Now with that out of the way... 
Tickets are 50 million each and ONLY 24 tickets are being sold.
You have a VERY HIGH chance of winning!
Now, I am "gambling" along with you all:
*I will still hold the lottery as long as a MINIMUM of 18 people participate.* If 18 or more spots are active but less than the full 24 and the number drawn is not owned by anyone (or the Lotto picks number 49), then we will immediately re-draw on July 29th to determine the winner. Theoretically, this would repeat until a winner is secured. This is a formality as tickets sold out quickly last time. Again, someone is guaranteed to win, regardless!
This means that I could stand to either LOSE 100 million (if only 18 people sign-up) or GAIN 200 million (if all 24 sign-up), based on the average going rate one 1 billion dollars for a CNR. You gamble - I gamble (but made 200m last time).
IMPORTANT: Lottery winner will be drawn on 7/22/2006 (http://www.national-lottery.co.uk/). The UK Lottery Bonus Ball will be used as that is a very fair and objective method (Numbers between 1-49). HOWEVER, since only 24 people can participate in this lottery, you will only choose from the ODD numbers. You will then AUTOMATICALLY be assigned the even number that is numerically higher.
Example: You pick #11. You would then be assigned #11 & #12 for your 50m ticket. If either of these two numbers is drawn, you win the Navy Raven!
I'll place your name on this post next to the number of your choosing once isk is wired.

It would be awarded at the next Lottery.

Care to give the link to that lottery, and have the char who organized it confirm he is your alt? Just to confirm you are someone known to be trustable (at least the drawing method looks valid and difficult to tamper with).
