In a blog, I saw that in Kali1 you would be able to Research a T1 BPC(O?) to a T2 BPC
this would make the prices drop?
this would make the average industrialist RICH!?
whats your opinion?

What you do is turn a T1 BPC into a T2 BPC using datacores which cost RPs, combined with COSMOS stuff.
It will not make anyone extremely rich, nor will it crash prices except on the most overpriced items (Cap IIs, etc).

I think the prices of t2 items and ships will stabilise against others in their class. Eg. Caldari HACs - everyone is going to go for building the Cerb cause it sells for more so supply rises and prices fall, while Eagle supply stays mostly the same and price remains constant.
Although it depends how many RPs you need to build each HAC/whatever, if it's low then I guess there could be a crash and a massive t2 component price hike.
So yeah, I'm thinking that prices will drop, and the only people that get rich are POS owners with moon material reactor chains.

PS. on a serious note, lets hope that it wont cost alot of RP points... T2 has to be on level with t1/named tbh. (with a price difference ofc, flame me :P)

It depends how easy/complex it is to create a T2 BPC.
What it should enable are people who are willing to spend the time aquireing the componants be able to build the ships for themselves instead of resorting to the market.
Like everything though, I'm sure someone will find a way to farm them :/
