Skills speak for themself,
All high navigation skills
Can fly many ships including all Exhumers, covert ops & cloak, assault frigs, transport ships. Just look at the skills.
Ability to use tech2 strip miners, tech2 crystals (just need to learn specific ores) covert ops cloak2, tech2 small guns.
Ive started learning research skills, as you can see he has 4-5 research skills to 4.
Maxed out Mechanic skills (hull upgrades is at 77% to level5)
LOTs of his skills are maxed to level 5
EXCELLENT learning skills.
No standings, no real enemies.
This character comes with a full set of implants, and a full set of 3% rogue Hardwires.
