i got podded and lost part of some skills i had do to lack of updated clone, advance weapons upgrade lvl 5, dropped it to level 4 59% complete and torp's level 5 to level 4 89% complete. ok got it my fault for not updating clone. recompleted torp's and then complete advanced weapons to lvl 5 again, but on the advance weapons it shows it back at level 4 0% completed. I filed pentation and still no reply. what other options can i take to sovle this. i am not even thinking of it 20 days again, for a third time. need help can some one please direct me in the right direction to solve this problem, it has been 5 days sence file pentation and relogged at lest 0 times to see if it will change or show credit, this is holding up some major training which can not be done with out it.
help me please

Look at an item it is a requisite(sp) of, and see if its red or green.
As has been stated many times, GMs are constantly busy. It may take up to a month to get a response.

Had this same thing happen to me early in the game - I had to train the LVL 5 twice to recover - Never did get a response to my petition.

there can be a funny made in reply to the op about something... cant put my finger on it but im sure its possible

I made the following experience with this bug:
You see the skill doesn't show the right level, still the old one but skill training is completed ...
a) you don't believe what you see, right-klick on that skill and choose train to level x (the level you already trained but didn't show up) .... WRONG ... bad luck, in this case you really have to learn the skill again
b) you quit Eve and relog, and hey - the skill shows up with correct level
Maybe thats caused in a bug synchronizing the server and the clients skill table or something like that. But the skill will be saved correctly on the server, you only need to relog. If you start to train the skill again, the correct skill status on server will be reset to the false clients version of the skill. My 2 cents ...
This bug is old, it existed when I was a noob. But it doesn't appear very often, had it about 3 times within all my time I play with 2 accounts.
Don't get in panic when that happens again ... just don't start any skill (and for sure not the one you're missing) and relog Eve. That always worked for me.

Have you even played this game before?

Uh, maybe read the full OP before putting on your hat of condescending behaviour.
Deathjudge, in addition to what others suggested, definitely keep the EVE-mails with the pertaining "skill completed" messages. I guess that will help a bunch when they finally get around to your petition.

I am having the same problem with 2 of my learning skills. What i disscovered was that when I pluged in implants my clone would return to Alpha. I never noticed this until a couple of weeks ago. Im thinking I was podded when I failed to upgrade my clone. My corp mates tell me that when they plug implants in, they do not loose skill points. Is this a bug?
I plan to petition right now as this is distroying the overall training time on all my skills..
