Official CVA and Verisum Family war to lapse (for now)

Hardin Amarr	Posted - 2006.07.14 17:02:00 - [1] After lengthy discussion and consultation with our allies in Aegis Militia and PIE, the Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) will be allowing its official war versus Verisum Family to lapse. Following several early defeats the Verisum's Family's mercenary corps (with the notable exception of Omniscent Order) have shown an unwillingness to engage CVA forces. In addition, the CVA has already achieved its primary goal, which was assisting PIE and AM in the successful defence of an Aegis Militia facility in the Bleak Lands. We have been reassured by our allies that for the moment our dedicated support is not needed and have decided that our energies are better focused on our traditional enemies - pirates in Amarr space and Minmatar terrorists. We wish Aegis Militia and PIE good luck in their ongoing war with Verisum and remain at their disposal should they require our support at any stage in the future. While our 'official' war with Verisum Family will shortly come to an end VF pilots will remain on the CVA's KOS list and will be targeted and destroyed in low-sec space. Garreck glances down at a datapad That's already a good chunk of 'em, isn't it? Curious. I've got 14 Arcana battleship kills and an Arcana assault cruiser kill with my name on 'em... Take your chest beating elsewhere, merc. It's well recorded that Omniscient Order were the only real threat to CVA during our brief involvement. Make a third attempt on Aegis Militia assets in Haras if you want any more attention from the CVA.

Myself and one other CVA battleship jumped into an Arcana fleet in Myherra - we were then joined at the gate by some other CVA in the system. As soon as my ship uncloaked it suffered a complete systems failure. All my external sensors went black and when I finally regained my senses I was back in my clone station. Despite the fact that my complete systems failure prevented me taking any part in the battle leaving it four Arcana Battleships (+ two support ships) vs one CVA battleship (+ four support ships) the CVA forces demolished two VF battleships and forced the rest of their ships to retreat - leaving the gate in CVA hands. In this instance VF (excluding Omniscent order) did choose to fight - but only when they had a theoretical on paper advantage. In another engagement I was involved in I undocked at a station in Pimebeka. A VF battleship followed me out and engaged and I returned fire. Immediately another VF battleship undocked and also engaged my Armageddon. Fortunately a CVA colleague was in the system next door and he jumped in and warped to the fight. We blew up one VF Raven and the other battleship warped out in structure. We were then accused of only being willing to fight with 3 to 1 odds in our favour - which was strange as I could have sworn it was a 2 vs 2! It is this sort or erroneous accounting which marks these people out as uneducated infidels - destined to be purged by holy laser fire. Amarr Victor... -------------- Avenging Angel --------------

I begged the Grand Master to declare you herectics and was mocked by you and it happend. I begged the Theology Council to do the same and await a decision. Im a social gadfly I admit it and I dont need to win a galnet popularity contest. I enjoy exposing the betrayer to the universe. Habby has brought a war for no reason on Amarr and used Revan and the rest of VF to do his work for him. The only fool in this war is one who started it for such transparent reasons in the first place. Add to that you cant even find enough believers to fight it for them. You have to hire mercs to defend yourselves instead of trying to win converts to your blood cult dark seraph beliefs. You lied about the Grand Master declaring Bastables a herectic when he didnt. You lied about many things and betrayed those who once called you friend. Habraka or Astarte or whatever name you use should look at why you had trouble in those other corps and maybe learn a lesson from it? And where is Revan? CVA nd IU retracted their wars and AM with allies withdrew their few active combat pilots to hidde deep in providence. Bleak Lands under VF control is now low sec NBSI zone. At same time, we open doors officially to our allies to begin their strategical moves as agreed and planned. The first objective of this war has been achieved.
