Hello all player.
if im going to buy a char from another player what will happen..
will i get the account the char is on or do he have to move the char over to my account ? or what will happen if there are 1 here there have tryed to buy a char before will you please tell me what will happen

the seller has to transfer the char to you account. you only have to give the accountname :)

First of all, you can only buy a character, not an account. The one you are buying the toon from have to transfer it thru character transfer to your account. The price for the transfer is to be covered by the former owner of the toon.
When you buy a character you can only buy with ISK or other ingame items. No real life cash etc. can be involved, which would be against the EULA.
The prices usually ranges from 1 bill to over 5+ bill.
Check out the sell forum, to see characters you can buy.

well it was for quite some time though there appear to be a HUGE load of scammers marching in ... but it's CCP Protected, so when you get scammed, make SS and stuff like that, and let CCP know about it. You get your ISK back if I'm correct

Yea thanks for all the nice info and i have 1 billion isk and want to buy an miner char :)

Suggest you do this:
1) Have seller post on sales forums a spcific sale for you only.
2) Have him or her list the skills and all relevant information regarding the character
3) You confirm in sellers thread that this is indeed what you are buying
4) Seller confirs that this is what he is selling
5) You meet in game, confirm sale via EVE-Mail.
6) You transfer the ISK to the seller
7) Seller transfers the character to you
This way if this turns out to be a scam you are 100% protected by CCP.
If seller refuses to deal with you on public forums with all of the above, I would not trust him and would not buy a character.

When the char has been transfered how long time will there go before i will be able to play with it ?

Takes about 30 Seconds to actually see the new character, but as the guy above me said you will need to wait till after next dt to actually load the toon.
