At 15:35 EVE Standard Time, today, Aegis Militia retracted their war against Stormriders. Having disappointingly recieved no communication from them we assume that Aegis Militia is simply under too much strain from the combined forces of Stormriders, the Verisum Family and the Blood Inquisition and looking to reduce it in any way possible.
Relieved of this threat, Stormriders is now free to continue to combat the Amarrian menance in the Bleak Lands and have recently declared on Imperial Guardians, a Bleak Lands-based corporation.
We look forward to purging the Region of these and all other Amarrian Oppressors.

Yeah go stormriders your all my hero's
as always the heretics think they win when a wardec is pulled off, really you guys need to learn just cuz a war ends dosent mean you won. For gods sake you fought your wars inside of a station only coming out in numbers that are twice the size of AM/IU/CVA/PIE. I have a feeling that when revan gives up and goes and hides in the shadows you will get that war dec back, dont worry.
Beside's you think AM can take on all the merc corperations revan in sending at them all the time and other wars? it does get to become unnerving.
Next time you do a Press Relese of yours think about what is really going on, its just a calm befor the storm as its said, and your not the storm just a little rain cloud

The Imperial Guardians are withdrawing its support of the Amarr Empire as a result of the war with Storm Riders. We have seen the error of our ways and as a token of our sincerity, we have agreed to free 1000 slaves. We end our support of the Empire and we seek an end to slavery throughout the universe.
Thank you and good day.

Battle Report: 17/07/06 and 18/07/06
Imperial Guardians.
SRS don't post battle reports for obvious reasons, (flamebait etc.) but the nature of this encounter and our relationship with the enemy corporation is enough, I feel, to allow one.
----
Breed Love and I decided to pass through Myyhera to attend other business in the area. A skirmish had taken place the previous night between SRS and IG forces, so we felt that we could go elsewhere to satiate our terrorist needs. On arrival, we noticed several names in the Local Comms channel that were flagged to us by the Green Light of War™. We quickly evaluated the situation and discovered that the targets were all docked. After deciding to move on, we noticed a few more green lights appear in the Local Comms channel. Deciding it may get interesting, we decided to stay. Breed Love in his Megathron class Battleship, 'Tuning Fork' and myself in a Falcon class Recon Ship, 'Whisper.'
Myyhera VIII - M12, Amarr Navy Construction Facility. 23:51
Surprisingly, a Raven class battleship and a Rupture class cruiser undocked. The order was given to attack. I uncloaked, activated the Sensor Booster and began disrupting the targeting sensors of both ships. The Raven was holding up well to the damage that Breed Love was dealing; which is no mean feat. Its shield tank eventually buckled however, and attention was swapped to the rupture, which quickly disppeared in a blue explosion. Thinking that was the end of the engagement, attention was turned to the contents of the cargo containers. However, two Assault Frigate class vessels appeared close to the megathron; they quickly engaged and tackled it.
As this decision was being questioned by Breed Love and myself, their plan had become clear. An Apocalypse class battleship appeared close to the Falcon (which was sat at 100km range from the station), and began firing on the Megathron. The plan was to obviously stop the Megathron from getting in close to the Apocalypse, where its blasters would be most effective, and more importantly to keep the Megathron in range of the Apocalypse's long range guns. However, the Megathron, through use of Stasis Webifying and Drones, managed to dispatch one of the Assault Frigates, the other quickly warped off. The Megathron then ploughed on towards the Apocalypse, but could not get in range quick enough to disrupt its warp drive, and the Apocalypse escaped.
A while later, a lone Prophecy bravely charged the sonorically enhanced Megafork, but the outcome was inevtiable and the Prophecy was vaporised under the sound of Blasters.
Myyhera VIII - M12, Amarr Navy Construction Facility. 02:09
After detaching ourseleves from the Neural Interfaces in our ships for a few hours for a much needed rest, we returned to the system, to find even more green lights in the local comms network.
A quick count revealed a total of 7 pilots now in the solarsystem. However, only 3 remained docked. We decided that we were heavily outnumbered so decided to appeal to SRS pilots for help. Luckily, a seasoned Typhoon pilot, Vera Nosfyu was nearby and heeded the appeal.
Once Vera had entered the system, there was a period of time where it looked like both sides had decided on stalemate and had not risked too much movement within the system.
Suddenly, a Dominix class battleship undocked, along with a Blackbird class cruiser. As the order was given to engage, another 3 cruiser class vessels warped in at 60km, from the other side of the solarsystem. A Sacrilege, Ferox and Stabber. The odds were very quickly stacked against the SRS pilots; the I G pilots had clearly thought their strategy out well. ------

As we had already engaged, we were there to fight until death. The primary target was the Blackbird, whose targeting had quickly been neutralised by the Falcon's ECM. It quickly exploded under the blasters and drones. Next target was the Dominix. Breed Love began to encounter problems with his tuning fork's targeting systems, as we realised that the other cruisers were concentrating their ECM on him. The dominix was left upto Vera's drones, autocannons and missiles.
As the Dominix began to crumble, I noticed that the Stabber had jumped to the top of my distance oriented overview. A quick pan of my camera drone revealed the Stabber had made its way very quickly into scramble range. I managed to lock the Stabber and luckily jam it; for it was within autocannon range at this point. The Dominix finally gave in to the hail of fire it was under. Almost immediately, a Rook class recon cruiser undocked and began jamming everything in sight, including my Falcon. With the stabber now free to target, the Falcon began taking heavy damage, that the shieldbooster could not cope with. It was also warpscrambled. Screams in the comms channel could be heard from the gangleader, Breed Love; 'I'm jammed! I'm jammed! Rook is primary!'
Time seemed to stand still as the Stabber chipped away at my armor...I then aligned to the nearest object, so I could warp out as soon as the Rook went down. The Stabber began to chip into my structure and I was pretty sure that I was done for. I prayed for redemption from the Damage Control Gods, a module I had mocked so cruelly only months earlier. After what seemed like forever and an Eon, there was a splash of light and the Rook had been destroyed. No time for thanks though, the Stabber was still doing damage. A quick scan of my sensors revealed I was unjammed. I immediately locked the Stabber, activated the Halting Phase Inversion, and prayed. Luckily the jammer worked first time, but the Stabber's drones were still attacking me. I warped out immediately and returned, cloaked. Amazingly, a Raven undocked and began pounding the Megathron of Breed Love.
The Dominix had severely weakened his ship in the engagement before, by using Nosferatu devices. I quickly locked and attempted to jam the Raven to no avail. Breed Love entered structure, 90%, 80%, 60%. The Raven was then jammed by either myself or Vera, who was also carrying ECM; the combat logs do not record who actually disabled the battleship's targeting systems. This was enough to secure the Megafork's ability to ring another day. Combat logs show that Breed Love landed the fial blow on the Raven.
The cruisers were still around the station, jamming here and there. The stabber had clearly tried to chase my Falcon as I warped off, as it was docked when I finally returned. It undocked and was turned from welded Matari waste into un-welded Matari waste. The battle was finally over, a magnificent fight that I will never forget. Massive respect to IG for putting up a tremendous fight; with a little bit more know-how and co-ordination we would have been space toast for sure.
Here are the few still captures that my Camera Drones managed to get of the action.

As a former CEO of Imperial Guardians I find this war Laughable. Certainly I G cared little for eve-politics in the begining days, and the Imperial applies to the "Dark Empire" corporation which was our founding corporation. "Dark Empire" was made inviable due to some corporate theft by some dubios high-ranking individuals at the time. That you would target this corporation does our minmatar brethren no-good and only damges our cause.
I would ask that you choose your targets more carefully perhaps in the future. ----

Mr. General Apocalypse, you are an complete idiot.
Of course we count this as a victory, they withdrew their wardeclaration and thus failing in their objective to protect other Amarr corps from SRS.
And no, we have not claimed to win "the war", only an idiot would even pressume ONE "battle" would do this. Then again, idiots read what they wish to read and not what is actually there.
And of course, we are always docked and never fight
Again I grow weary of spins, lies and others trying to speak up regarding something they have little or no information at all about.
I give my respect once more to Pie Inc, AM and SHOD for standing up and I have no doubt we shall meet again on the field of battle. They are warriors and thus earn respect for fighting for their believes, even though we are on opposite sides. Perhaps they will claim next victory...
