It's not as well known as people believe, otherwise they wouldn't have setup a website and have all this background processing for scamming available to them.
We know because we know.
But I would estimate maybe 40 to 50% of eve players don't actually know about this scam or that it's permitted.

Really, I hate Goons for this.
How can CCP allow this lack of honor and not kick every player of this mean and unfair alliance? We should all petition it to force CCP to remove Goons from EVE as fast as possible.
