highs: 4x dual 150mm's
meds: 20km, ab, tracking disruptor
lows: med rep, 800mm plate, explosive hardener, eanm
drones: 2x valkeries, 3x hammerheads
Idea is to stay out of web/nos range and only attack turret based ships. I would swap out most for the tech 2 version or named, took down a prophercy pretty easy with it.
Any ideas to add to make it better? 
Please dont say why not use nos vexor or blasters... in my experiance nos vexor gets pwned before you dry out there cap by anyone with a half decent gank ship. blaster vexor is nice but if your webbed, i dont like being webbed so i keep out of web and nos range.

Well you might want to go for the arbitrator if you want to go for tracking disruption since it offers one medslot more AND bonuses on the tracking disruptor.
Second, i doubt you can tank any damage with that setup. 800mm is nice but it makes the medium repper useless. Besides you get owned by 5 light drones (prophecy) for instance Hobgoblins way faster than you getting into the armor of a good prophecy pilot. Taking down a prophecy with ANY cruiser is nearly impossible if its a tanked proph.

lows: 1xmed armor rep, 1xpassive exp hardner, 1xelectice plates vs everything (name escapes me atm), 1xdmg control unit

2x Drone Link Argumentators
PWNAGE painter (10MN AB II)
drone navigation computer (warp scambler)
sensor booster II
2x Medium armor repairer II
CPR
RCU
Manages and KILLS 3-4 Ceptors at a time with warrior II's
Seriously, they pop so fast that unless they instantly warp, you won't even get a chance to use your warp disruptor/or be in warp disruption range.
