This isnt a lottery that Im tryin to make madd isk off of. I just want to sell this raven to a lucky person, and cover the cost of making it. Ive made quite a few ravens, and put them on the market, waiting for them to sell, but that is so boring! This way, with a lottery, hopefully I will sell it faster, and i get the satisfaction of knowing that I made someone very happy.
So information:
Lottery for a plain old Raven.
-40 Tickets overall, at 2.5 Mill ISK Each.
-5 Tickets max
-No accounts under 21 days old
-Lottery time: 12 days
-Number will be selected out of a hat (Or a beer bottle, whatever is handy)
To come up with this number, I assumed a market average of 100 mill isk, which is a little low, but I would be happy with it if it sells.
How to pay:
DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS TO THIS NAME. It will be too hard to keep track of if refunds are needed. Please make them to Lotto Ana. She is a trial account that I have set up specificly to deal with these types of things. The Lottery will last for 12 days, or untill all tickets are sold. Any payments made to Niykon will have to be donations : )
P.S: Please, please dont participate if you cannot afford to lose! Your chances, if everyone were to buy 5 tickets, would be 1 in 8. So please, dont participate if you cant afford it!

I'd tie the number drawn to a real world event to prevent your alt from getting lucky. Also, nice stealing of my layout :)

Lolz, good call on the layout. after lookin after yours, it is kinda similiar. However, i wasnt intending to copy you. Your reasons, as stated, were that your tired of people tryin to make lots of isk. My reason, is that im hoping to sell it faster. But sorry, if you want me to change it, i can.
But please, on topic please : )

but as he said itd be better if you tied it to a real life event like mine and his are :) people trust you more because then you cant fix it

YOu guys are right, trust is a hard issue with this kind of thing. All i want to do is sell a damn raven, but no one is trusting. But im not sure what you mean by a real life event?

If you would pay more attention, you would see that I have been in a non newbie corperation before. But after wars prevented me from mining, I decided it would be better in a newbie corperation.

Anyways, Please keep it on subject. I will run this one like i said i would. Im not gonna start changeing the rules. Depending on how this one goes, i will prbably run it differently next time around.

Advice is worthless if it is not taken. Really, if you want your lottery to become a succes, use your main character, and tie it to a real world event so it cannot be fixed.

What happends if you fail to sell all tickets before the deadline? Will the draw still take place or will you refund everybody?
