In the left menu: Click on Features (pretty much on top, right below F.A.Q.)
in the submenu: look for "Coming in Kali"

Since i think EVE lacks of roleplay elements...
1.) Take pod prisoner. In cargo hangar pod can escape easy, 50% change per hour. But once moved into a jailship, pod can only escape at 5% every day. Next day 6%, next 7% and so on. Jailship should be some sort of mining barge where prisoners have to work. The more prisoners inside, the more ore!
2.) Bars in stations. Also we need skills "scrapper", "kickbox", "Kung Fu". Depending on how many drinks you had, fear should drop but perception too. Also gang bonuses should appear to srapper gangs Agents should be there.
3.) Strike colors. A key that, once hit, strikes colors of your ship (surrender). You ship is imobilized and enemys loose target, but can relock it. Ship gets a filled white bracket on overview. Your ship cannot warp, not jump, not activate modules. If key is pressed again the white bracket disapears and after 30 seconds immoblilisaton ends. The modus also ends automatically after 3 minutes. Shooting a ship in this modus = -2 sec hit, klling ship in this modus = -5 sec hit.
4.) Remove sentry guns, but mount those on the gates. So still same protection. Only change is the ugly and unrealistic guns are not in space anymore. Range 150 km from gate and firepower should stay as it is.
5.) Ship color. It should be possible to paint your ship in a color you like.
6.) -0.1 to -1.0 systems. Pirate infested systems with pirate fleets that kill any intruder that is not -5.0 or less. Only few in the edges of the galaxy. Special smuggling goods and pirate faction ships should be avaibale there.
7.) Billboards rentable for commercal. It should be possible to pay an ammount of ISK to rent a billboard and show your commercial there (text only).
8.) Ship salvaging. Is on the way 
9.) Crewmen. We have frigates, cruisers and battleships in EVE. Those should have crews! Some features like bonuses if you have an artellery specialist in your crew would be nice. Crews can be found in bars, see 1.)
10.) Space rats. No, no, not pirates, mean space rats. Rats conquered any navy ship in this world - i am sure they would conquer space too!

I think would be better that the bar trips are just for fun and to improve the roleplay athmosphere. It should not be possible to kill people there. Just some bar fights for fun

Thank you. I really think some roleplay-features would help EVE a lot. A new patch with only new ships and some balancing will not help much. EVE has so many ships now and everything was balanced and tweaked 10 or 20 x. A really new and good patch has to bring interesting new stuff. For example ship salvaging that is now on the way. This will create athmosphere and new gaming styles. These are the things DEVs should invest ther time in. CREATE THE ATHMOSPHERE for players that play this game 3 years. Just create some new ships and new skills for those is the same stuff like every patch.
Ok Load3r, lets say you can unplugg their implants while fighting and steal them in the bar fight
