So I get my Raven back via pertion after been stuck in a mission, Great , Thanks :)
They take 108,750,000 from my walet , leaving me -58,000,000 :(
And now I have the raven back, it's not insured any more, so where did my 32,000,000 insurance payment go ?
I bet some Concord salvage officer as some new leather seats and new house in JIta

When a ship gets reimbursed via petition you lose the insurance payout (its deducted as your ship wasnt destroyed was it?) and you should find the ship is still insured under the previous insurance policy.
only way you could have ended up like this was if you spent the 108million from the insurance payout before waiting for the petition to be resolved.

Ok, I know I'm not ment to talk about GM responce and such but, I think it helps shead light on this.
Basicly they said
My insurance ran out whilst waiting for the remburstment, hence it not been insurred any more.
Oh well not to worry :)

i guess youre on courier missions until u get back to a positive standign just go .5-.7 system NPCIng u should find a 20m t2 implant at least twice a day

but its fair he got insurance when he lost it CCP refuned his BS and probably modules so he gets his insurance payout taken away (another reason to always keep youre wallet above 500m ISK)

You lose 50% of your mods when you get your ship back, sure they take the insurance payout from you, but they dont reinsure your ship, which is incredibly ***, (homosexuel is aloud)?

The ship's normally put back into the hangar with the same insurance deal running as it had at the moment of going boom. And including the destroyed modules - but never with the modules left behind in a can.
You cannot run courier missions with a negative account balance because you can't pay collateral.
