Hi,
My stelth bomber requires 2 powergrid upgrades just to power both curise missle launches my eng is at 5 and my weapons upgrade is lvl 4... am i missing something or dont they alow 2 curise missle launches?

It would help if you included a bit more info:
Stealth Bomber type?
Advanced Weapons Upgrades skill level?
Covert Ops skill level?

the manticore is the only one that gets a PG reduction for cruise launchers (iirc correctly)
other than that, u need engineering lvl 5 really, and AWU doesent hurt ;)
depends muchly on the actual ship tho, i had no trouble when i got in my hound.
also, use MAPC instead of % based increases on frigs.
that should help you, but PLEASE put more description in your post in future!

the ship is Nemesis, i dont have avanced weapons upgrade and my covert ops skill is 1..

I thought this might be the case. Nemeses are abosulute nightmares to fit due to the oscenely low PG; there have been a lot of posts on this subject since the ship came out.
Unfortunately, even with Advanced Weapons Upgrades to level 4, you will need at least 1 MAPC to fit 2 Cruise Launchers.
Much as it pains me to say it, if you are after solo kills, go for a Taranis. They are far cheaper due to not needing a 35m+ Cloaking Device, do extremely high DPS, and are fast enough to be used in successful hit-and-fade attacks.
If you are planning on true Covert Ops scouting/scanning, stick with the Helios, but get your Covert Ops skill level to at least 4 to be able to fit the Covert Ops cloak comfortably.

Unfortunately true. Stealth bombers are little more than toys at the moment, and the nemesis isn't even that because it's so little fun to fit.

You do not recall correctly. If the other bombers didn't get major PG discounts, they couldn't fit a cruise launcher even if they had 8 lows filled with grid boosters.
The Nemesis just has more trouble than the others.

also wrong, the manticore is the only bomber that gets an ADDITIONAL PG reduction through cov ops lvl.

hmmm there's something u fitted that takes lots of power or ur lacking something, i just fitted one MAPC and can fit both cruise arbalest launchers...Maybe ur using a different launcher...
or fitted guns?
