It was gonna shut down AFTER 9 minutes ... not FOR 9 minutes ...
Reading can be so hard .. especially if you only have 9 minutes to comprehent it all :)

The 9 minutes was the message ingame that the server was going down in 9 minutes.
The error you get when loading EVE is that its not ready yet .. plain and simple

so we are getting a tad ****ed here at 7pm at nite onna thursday dealing with ccp's incompitence
You clearly still did NOT understand my first post.
Like i said before but ill spell it out now.
T H E Y S A I D R E B O O T I N 9 M I N U T E S.
They frigging did NOT say reboot will take 9 minutes.
The cluster takes WAY more time to boot ... let alone shut down ... or even the time they need for the maintenance work there performing (whatever that may be).
