I don't want this bid to seem insulting, so I'll explain my situation at least. I'm new to eve and I'm trying to get into doing incursions. I spent what I could to get some plex for a 4b nightmare pilot someone was selling (it needed another couple weeks of skills). The guy fell through and I'm looking for another pilots.
