you look like an alt, is that your main? very young to have such isk laying around. If that is an alt please post with your main. As for your questions.
A: The character does indeed have research agents. Around 150k+ on 4 agents(lvl 4)
B: If you can pay 12 billion without delay that buyout offer is acceptable
I am sending you an eve mail about the matter. You don¦t have to worry about the character sale as CCP protects buyers. There is a 0% chance of me getting away with a character scam. So you are safer than a vault 8 feet underground

I suggest you give the ISK to the proper winner to make amends. Now.

Yea, let¦s just get this out in the open now shall we. I am a character seller. I have more than 12 accounts of which 7 are trained actively. I have sold and bought characters from the time it was legal to do so on the forums. And Tropa post with your main or else just take a hike. As far as the whole alligations thing. What ever you want to say come over to my house here in iceland and say it Would post the address but the mods would take it away...HAHA the mods would do that but not take away all the flame and trolling! I pay CCP a fair amount each month and they can¦t even moderate my threads. And regarding the giveaway. Bloodspire did not want the isk for reasons non of you will EVER know. So the price for the 2nd giveaway is alot higher than the last. All flamers from this sale are of course NOT welcome to participate in the giveaway
On a sidenote: The character was sold at 11 Billion isk because of great bargaining skills from Mist. And thank you for pointing out that it was a character I had owned before. I remember around 2 names of characters I have sold and trained. It¦s amazing when you train more than 12 characters at a time for periods of 3-12 months how easy it is to forget names. Thanks to EVEMon it¦s been so great to plan skilling. Check it out it is a must for hardcore players! Well I am off for now, a little message to those who love flaming and think eve is real life. Go screw yourselfs

Have you ever heard of compaines like enron where they lie about there profits they make. Well they do that to try and show their is demand where there is none and thus try to drive up profit. You are doing to same thing since your attempting to say there is someone willing to pay 12b isk for this char when there is not in hopes someone will come along and pay 13b isk while you pretend to stall for a week with your alt.

Actually Trina Tron is right. You used an alt to make it look like that were actually people RIGHT NOW willing to pay tons of isk for your character. THAT is a scam. Using your own alt to bump up the price is a scam. PERIOD. Now send him 100m isk, and Trina, plz give me half of it.

There only sold at that price if there is a demand for them at that price your thread has no demand since the only one demanding it is your alt. For example i just got a simalr sp char for 8b isk yet you have a fake demand at 12b isk thats a 50% incress thats a pritty nice scam if you ask me.

You are right that it was a sales thread with a set price, but you DID BID 12b on it. You yourself even said in the thread that you might be willing to accept offers over 8billion eventhough the sell price was 15.
First the price was 30b (lol)
Then 15
Then you hinted at 8b+
All while using your alt to bid 12b
Auction bid or not, you DID bid 12b for your own character using your own alt.

There is nothing wrong with using a real world example to illustrate a point, as long as it is well-used, which it WAS. It applied perfectly to this situation.
Enron tried to create false excitement for their business by lying about demand.
