now that the first two rounds are done, how have your views on who will likely advance changed?
who do you think is showing their mettle?
who is laming themselves?

I know we won't advance but we put up a hell of a fight for carebears. It's been a good learning experience for the ISS team.

I dont think there has been any real surprises, BoB and IAC have so far shown they deserve their favourites title, they shoul make for a great semi final clash should they both make it that far. Second teir of betting would be MC, LV and 5. And third teir betting being Red Skull, ASCN, and SA.
I have been impressed by Red Skull and SA, They have performed much better then I expected, and have earnt a dark horse ranking.
I have been disappointed by the performances of ISS and ROCK, I expected them both to perform better then they have.
The lamest alliance of the tournament is OPUS, entering only to withdraw just before the start of the tournament is ultra lame, they can throw all their excuses in the bin, it is very poor form and they have lost a lot of respect.
Showing their mettle, every alliance that competes, Even if they are gettgin thrashed and dont win a game they have all put on a good show, so i congratulate all the participants.

EDIT: And about the ISS, I expected us to do better too. Was quite disappoitned with the first two matches, even if we were outclassed before the battle even began. The third was a bit of a break because the enemy wasn't so tough. This was all new to the pilots and I don't think the ISS has ever actually done anything exactly like this so t was a great learning experience and the team is working well together now. I'm impressed that they pulled it together but their initial performance was indeed lacking. They did as well as could reasonably be expected of them the entire time - they gave their best and learned from every fight. What more is there to it? :D
