Hi,
im new to this game but i must say this is not my 1st online game, i played wow for over a year and wanted to try something different, but now, after 6 weeks of enjoying this brilliant game i must say im quite disapointed in GMs performance.
I had an quite valuable item (at least valuable to me as new player) a implant worth 25m disappeared from my assets in sunday afternoon and after filing two petitions im keep getting answers like "reimbursement petition que is full, you have to wait". I mean, wait for 5 days on lost item?
Today i got an level 3 important storyline mission chain (10 missions) called Angel Strike or something like it - i was very happy that i'll see something new after playing like hundreads of level 3 missions that all began too be very eachalike and boring.
So i got to 3rd mission where last pirate NPC drops a prisoner in cargo container - but before tractoring it i decided to blow up some of the bad-guys instalations to check up for loot and... bang - i accidentaly blew up my mission objective can (a common error amongst newbs like me i believe) - so i filed a petition - trying to be nice and straightforward that im sorry for my recklesness cause i really wanted to finish that mission chain... but no, some guy named GM Retrofire or something like that very officialy informs me that I have to take "responsibility" for my actions blah blah....
Ok, i understand that was my fault but why the heck are GMs for but to try to HELP players and decide whether something like this is actualy a serious game designers flaw to be able to blow up key loot in mission completition? Dont u guys agree that cans like that should be invoulnerable after 3 or more years of patches and game development? Arent GMs someone who is bound to help players trough game bugs and flaws to make entires community playing time more quality expierience for all? Or they are there only to give out uniformed, almost political-lke answers? That GM could easily see that i completed mission, cleared all gates and hostiles and could simply put that Prisoner in my cargohold but it seems to me like he didnt want to bother with it.
Well, now im back to my countless "Rouge drone harassments" and "Illegal activities" which i could already play with my eyes closed probably in the hope that Angel Strike will return one day together with my lost inplant. The idea of playing and enjoying this game for long time is somehow fading away.
