Hi,
I was wondering if there is a delay between the whole create-delete character thing? No, I don't plan to abuse the feature  but if I try a character, lose a bit of sec status and then want to delete it, how many days should I wait? |

I believe the delay to delete a character is 10 hours.

If the character has negative sec status then you should be prepared to have a conversation with a GM.
Biomassing characters to circumvent the security status mechanism is a bannable offence.
TL;DR don't do it, it's rather heavily frowned upon by CCP.

That I'll abuse it or not won't change the reality of it, right? Plus, I believe the feature has been planned in such a way that it is not abusable. You don't need a science degree to guess that if there was no delay, people would keep doing nasty things with it. So I guess CCP, in its wisdom, put a delay.

its considered "alt re-cycling" and the gms have explicitly sait that it is an infraction of the rules, if your willing to get the sec status back to 0.00 there shouldn't be any issues.

I'm not going to abuse it....and then tell that Im going to exploit it in a way that will quickly lock you out of the account when CCP strike banhammer.

So basically, you're given enough sec status to gank maybe 10-20 people. then biomass your character, and have a nice new one ready after about a week of training. Seems legit.
If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough. |

There is a 10 hour delay in termination of a pilot. Just another note of this as well.
Others are saying that's it's an exploit if you do this and remake characters.
Let me explain it a little bit more, if you are planning on deleting the character to avoid consequences of having a low security rating this is not cool. For example(common example): If you are planning on ganking people (which you will lose security status) and then deleting the account and then remaking the account to do it all over again and avoid the consequences of having a low security standing this is not allowed by CCP and will bring unfavorable events upon you.
