Just used these guys with an alt of mine and they crushed. Absolutely quick and painless service. My mission runner was super nice and courteous. He was a joy to talk to when I was in the mood for it, and then he'd leave me alone and just do his missioning too when I was busy. From what I understand they just brought on a few more mission runners too so if you guys are worried about them not having the focus for you, which I was a bit hesitant, don't sweat it.. my guess is they can offer you the same service they gave me.

I paid 1.1B for SOE 0<5. The day afterwards, I discovered that I would not be able to play EvE for quite a while. I sent a mail and informed them of this; I did not ask for my money back, but rather informed them that I would not be on for a while and this would have to be delayed. A few days ago, I told my escort and Candy Box that I would be on for a while and could be in fleet to have standings boosted. I received no response. I still have not received a response, or my isk. Hopefully this is a failure of communication, and I will update this post if I am contacted and this is resolved. Until such time DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I SENT THEM 1.1B and I have gotten NOTHING. |

Sir, I received your mail last night about you returning. We still have your contract up and it is still assigned. If you have returned I am sure your agent will start boosting again for you. We simply put your contract on hold waiting for your instructions.
This post is a little inappropriate and I am personally offended. You have every right to the portion of isk back for what standings were not completed yet, but you were the one requesting a break and to hold the isk until your return. If you do not want to continue, simply mail me and tell me that, don't start drama.
Please send me a screen shot of your current standings and I shall refund a pro-rated amount back to you for uncompleted boosting. Have a nice day |

I have received 0 standings. However, my complaint is that I eve mailed my escort (who I shall not name) at 2015.07.30 19:26, 4 days ago. I received no response. I assumed at that point, that I should contact the escort rather than you; if that assumption is wrong, then by all means that is my fault. As I stated in my initial post, I made that post more to get your attention than anything else, and would like to continue getting standings up to 5. As I also stated, I said that I intend to edit that post if/when I receive a response, which I now will do. My concern was simply the large amount of time during which I received no response. |

You made your post less than 2 days after you mail that you had returned with limited availability. My escort did not get back to you before your posting. I did not respond because you and your escort are both grown ups and can work out your own schedules.
A simple eve mail to me directly that your escort was not answering you in an acceptable time frame for your liking would have gone a long way to resolving this. I could have assigned a new escort if you wanted, or inquired as to the availability of your existing pairing.
But instead you decided to make this public, and I decided to refund your isk per your very public request, and at that point the escort has nothing to talk to you about now does he?
I will refund your isk tonight. I wish you luck in your Eve experience in the future.
