Is there a certain alliance or corp that has the IRon fist when it comes to providence? More specifically the G-5EN2, 9-F0B2 etc area leading into Derelik.
I hope this information is available to the public before i go exploring.
Thank you

take a look on the political map, or open up your in game map and look to see who controls it. You'll find UK claims that portion of prov, though NOS and CVA claim other portions.
I'd advise caution before "exploring" 0.0.

There's also quite a few Pirate Corps who live in that specific area (cough) who tend to controll the specified systems from time to time (often daily). I think it is quite safe to saythough, that nonetheless it really is only Ushra'Khan who can righteously lay claim to the area.
Specially with that shiny new outpost of theirs nearby =D

Consistent border security by the "ruling" alliance ranges from nonexistent to rare. I'd be more careful of the pirate gatecampers than alliances.
If you go in a fast ship like an interceptor with an MWD, nanofibers or warp core stabilizers, use the scanner and instas you should be almost impossible to catch, nevermind "remove" from 0.0 space. If you can't afford an interceptor than go for a tech one frigate like the Executioner or some other fast frigate with the above set up. ___________________

There are a lot of friendly corps in the area, along with several friendly alliances, as in they wont shoot neutrals, but shoot even one of them.. and you will be listed hostile. There are several well organised pirate outfits in the region, great bunch of guys.. always up for a fight.
Miss providence :(

Edited by: Amantus on 22/07/2006 14:39:26 Edited by: Amantus on 22/07/2006 14:37:52 Ushra'Khan have sovereignty over the area leading to Derelik, namely G-5 (apart from when EST have their damn Mothership camped by the Assah gate ), 9-F and pipe through to 9UY (the outpost system) and some systems around that.
CVA also have an equal sized portion of Providence and they have their outpost.
Pirate corps also roam around providence. Coalition of Carebear Killers and EST are the main groups of pirates around. FSJ usually stick around the low sec Derelik systems near to the border.
You are fairly safe to fly through U'K space as long as you don't shoot any of us. Be careful if you're in an NPC corp.
Edited to include more stuff.

PIrate corps?? i havent seen any in the area.
The only place i see pirates is in low sec, when will people learn that there is indeed no such thing as a pirate in 0.0 only allies/enemys.
NBSI policy in all 0.0, too many carebears in 0.0 nowadays who have a blurred idea of what constitutes being a pirate and what makes a person/corp a hunter/pvper.
Besides that^^^ providence is a very freindly place, people are always saying hi to me and my corp m8s when we stroll there sometimes , so much love to give and so little time

Novus Ordo Seclorum runs 3 contellations, CVA and UK appear to have control of the rest.
We don't run NBSI, but we will shoot n00bs in shuttles and pirates on sight.

Covert ops did indeed die by someone in a rupture who was fitted with mwd and frig killing fitment. I tried to engage but he ran all the time and our intie pilot was told to not bother after a bit as the ruppy pilot was just trying to get easy kills. The 2 BS from our corp in next system were actually 2 systems away doing there own thing and wernt called in deliberatly.
1 covert ops loss is hardly somthing im worried about maybe you should look at our campaign stats for atacking novus aliance, havent updated it recently but when we get our own killboard sorted i shall do so hopefully.
91 kills in like 3-4 weeks versus 11 losses and most our members have only been on like 10-15 hours per week recently due to real life. In all honesty half those kills are whilst outnumbered. 24 bs kills/7 losses, half our losses are due to us jumping into your gate camps to finally get fights.
Right ive stopped throwing my e-peen about.
