Wanted to post this in "out of pod experience" but it says subject has to be none EVE related.
Has anyone else had problems logging into the account manager for the EVE online store? It does not except the password I chose for the account and does not send an automatic response when clicking on the "forgot password" link. Also there was no auto response to the purchase I made. Sent an email to [email protected] (since that is the only support email available for entire website) a few days ago, but have not received any notification of reciept or response (I know the support is notoriously slow).
Thank you all for your time, and I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum (did not know which one this fit), but wanted to see if any others were experiencing the same problems.

No problems here . Ive got two orders and tracking them since day one
They are now in bristol weeee almost here.
If you have any problems drop them a email

Your problem might be related to the general forum software state.
Sometimes you can cure it for a while by deleting all EVE-related cookies. --*=*=*--
Even with nougat, you can have a perfect moment. |

Same thing here. Made an order about a month ago, in the meanwhile the money has been taken from my account and i still haven't received a confirmation mail nor does the on-site order status show its been paid.
Also send a message to the store representative about 1 week after i made the order but never received a reply.

im gonna give it until the end of this week for any replies and after that im gonna inform my credit company that theres a fraudalent transaction...dont know if its gonna get my money back...

*WHEW* And I thought it was just me! I too am having the EXACT same problem. Kierion, please bring this to the attention of the right people. OMG! They are all on vacation! WAAAGH! Time to run amok!

Usually I'd say 'Send an email to [email protected]'. But I guess he's on holiday so you're out of luck as Oveur seems to be out of office for some time off too. At least their number of posts is a bit low atm.
Maybe the contact link on the site's foot helps? --*=*=*--

there should at least be someone from eve store to pass on some kind of news...so i dont order items, card get debit and no items for the next month until they are back up to full staff...
